Automatic nests for Broiler Chicken breeding stock

Automatic hatching eggsnests for chickens in broiler breeding stock. Inside the automatic nest, there is a centrally positioned polypropylene belt for collecting white hatching eggs (adjustable belt speed, the belt canopy prevents the eggs from getting dirty) The egg collection nests are very carefully made of robust materials (bird-friendly wooden panels and waterproof), stable, easy to install and hygienic, make optimum use of the poultry house surface for good access to the feed, which is usually distributed by means of a chain feeding system and the cock feeding system, so-called Matrix system. The design of the nests for the collection of hatching eggs is hen-friendly, so that the number of eggs laid outside the automatic nests is reduced to an absolute minimum. Automatic nests are lined with Astro Turf mats with a special structure so that hatching eggs are perfectly clean. The slightly sloping floor under the automatic nests causes the eggs laid in the nests to roll onto the conveyor belt, so they do not have to be picked up by hand. The egg collection nests are automatically closed by a timer and the hens are gently pushed out of the nests by a special profiled moving wall. This causes the hens to be gently pushed out of the automatic nest and stress-free eviction from the automatic nest

Ventilation chimneys

Ventilation chimneys are used to remove used air from the poultry house. A particular type of ventilation is used depending on the type and specifics of the building and the type of birds, i.e. broiler chicken breeding, breeding stock for hatching eggs, turkey fattening or turkey rearing.

Climate Computers

Climate computers are adapted to control and regulate any ventilation system, whether gravitational or mechanical, operating through wall, roof or tunnel fans with pad cooling and with ventilation composed of two or three types of fans (all ventilation systems must interact with the vents), as well as heating or cooling systems according to the current demand.

The applied LED lighting is characterised by high lighting efficiency, i.e. from one watt of supplied energy it is possible to obtain about 1 W of electricity out of which we obtain about 1000 lumens of luminous flux, which is a very good value.

ROTRA and REFLEX feed spreaders

The ROTRA and REFLEX feed and grain spreaders are used in poultry houses with breeding flocks to spread small portions of feed/grain in the litter both during the rearing and the laying period, so that the birds are evenly distributed throughout the house, maintain similar growth rates with high body weight uniformity throughout the flock. Moreover, the birds are stimulated to burrow in litter thereby strengthening leg muscles and improving litter quality. The animals are behaving naturally, which improves their welfare.

Round feeder system

Bell drinking systems

Thanks to the deep, properly profiled bowl, they provide turkeys with the right amount of fresh water, allowing them to satisfy their thirst. The heavy turkey drinking system made of high-quality materials, easy and practical to install and adjust, and to keep clean, is stabilized with a practical ballast filled with sand or water, protecting it from unnecessary rocking and spilling water on the litter.

Drip systems

In the nipple drip system, birds take water from the nipples from the first day of their life. The system has many advantages: it constantly provides fresh water, increases water hygiene and saves working time.

Weighing systems

A weight sensor is mounted under each silo, analyses the weight and transmits the signals to the controller. A microclimate controller with flock management elements for broiler chicken, breeding stock and turkey fattening converts these signals into a graphic visualization and shows the amount of feed in the individual feed silos.

Bird weighing systems

The scale operates on the basis of highly accurate strain gauge sensors. The signals from the sensor are transferred to the microclimate controller equipped with a program for managing production processes in the poultry house.

Egg conveyors

Egg collection conveyors are used in many different configurations, that is with varying width󠄀 and 󠄀length of the conveyor. Depending on the conditions and needs of the producer, it is possible to design different lengths of the egg transport system.

Fans

High-quality wall and chimney axial fans are used with great efficiency for ventilation systems in poultry houses. In order to improve environmental conditions, high-performance air mixers are also installed in poultry houses.

Air Intakes

The effectiveness of any ventilation system in a poultry house depends not only on the fans, but also on the air inlets. Depending on the number of inlets, their size, location, shape and the possibility of automatic regulation ensuring close cooperation with the fans, it is possible to maintain appropriate environmental parameters in the poultry house ensuring proper welfare for the birds necessary to achieve high production efficiency.
