Cooling -> Air cooling with high pressure system

High-pressure cooling is used for all kinds of birds:

  • fattening of the broiler chicken
  • production of hatching eggs
  • turkey production
  • turkey fattening
  • goose fattening
  • breeding stocks of geese

They create a favourable microclimate and ensure good heat distribution in the poultry house

Product description

A particularly big challenge for any poultry producer, is to ensure comfortable microclimatic conditions in the hen house during the summer period, often high temperatures outside the house, reaching up to 40 ° C. One of such systems is the cooling of the air with a high-pressure system working at 70 bar. Water is supplied to a special type of high-pressure nozzles that spray a mist on the livestock building and reduce the air temperature inside the building, whether when fattening broiler chickens or producing hatching eggs of the breeding stock. It is extremely important to ensure the appropriate selection of ventilation parameters in the building and connection of the cooling system to the central system controlling the microclimate in the house.
