Product description

Gas heaters with closed combustion chamber, solidly constructed with top quality materials, are designed to heat all types of poultry houses and in particular poultry houses for broiler fattening and breeding stocks equipped with such systems as automatic nests for collecting hatching eggs or chain feeding lines for hens or Matrix feeders for cocks. The burner and combustion chamber are made of heat-resistant stainless steel. The burner control block and the gas distribution block are mounted in a waterproof and dustproof plastic housing with IP65 protection. The high fan output ensures good heat distribution throughout the house and especially in poultry houses for broiler growing equipped with VALENTA feeders and breeding stock equipped with systems such as automatic nests for collecting hatching eggs, chain feeders for hens or Matrix feeders for cocks. Simple and functional design guarantees high operational reliability and clean combustion. It is easy to use, clean and maintain. The combustion air is drawn from outside and the flue gases (carbon dioxide and water vapour) are discharged outside the building via a concentric double-walled chimney. This reduces ventilation costs and facilitates the maintenance of optimal microclimatic conditions in buildings such as broiler fattening houses and breeding stocks equipped with systems such as automatic nests for collecting hatching eggs or chain feeding lines for hens or Matrix feeding lines for cocks. The heaters are characterized by a high combustion efficiency of 97%. The heaters meet all safety standards, which means that they can be used without fear in broiler houses with Valenta feeders or in poultry houses for the production of hatching eggs with automatic nests for egg collection made of wood and chain feeding lines
